We had a field trip to the Elementary school.
The kids really wore the puppies out!
But they had a lot of fun.

The puppies got to go to school today!!!!
They had a lot of fun with the K and 1st grade classes.

Four Week Old Stats
The puppies are almost completely weened.
Mama is still caring for them but over the last few days they
have been nursing less and less and eating more and more.
Puppy #1:
current weight: 6 lbs 4.4 ounces
He has gained 1 lb 12.4 ounces in just one week!
Puppy #2:
current weight: 5 lbs 11.7 ounces
He has gained 1 lb 10.5 ounces in just one week!
Puppy #3:
current weight: 5 lbs 2.2 ounces
She has gained 1 lb 4.9 ounces in just one week!
Puppy #4:
current weight: 5 lbs 9.2 ounces
She has gained 1 lb 9.7 ounces in just one week!
Puppy #5:
current weight: 4 lbs 4.7 ounces
She has gained 1 lb 2.7 ounces in just one week!
She also has someone seriously interested in her.
We are hoping to secure a deposit on her this week.
Puppy #6:
current weight: 4 lbs 13.5 ounces
She has gained 1 lb 7.3 ounces in just one week!
She has had a big week, her new name is Comet.
She had a family come and put down a deposit on her.
She now officially has a new family!
Very Exciting.

She has gained 1 lb 2.6 ounces in just one week!

1st puppy spoken for!
Today the puppies had their first visitor!
A family came and claimed a new addition to their home. After playing with all of the puppies they chose puppy #6 her name is now Comet.

Eating Real Food the Weaning Process has begun.
Wednesday the puuppies started eating Mom's Food.
We began wetting it down to soften it for the puppies.
They love it and eat constantly.

It's Been Awhile!
The puppies are three weeks old now
and growing noticably bigger every day...
Their eyes opened on April 24th
They are starting to walk instead of drag themselves around.
They are barking....yikes wasn't ready for that.
